At LE SSERAFIM Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
